1. Workshop Management
The workshop management service will make sure contractor and manufacturer do a good job for the projects/products. JRP will manage the workshops for projects/products to make suitable arrangement for manpower, make ready for needed machinery, and prepare good inspection process and practical production plan to insure the manufacturing can be going smoothly as per the agreed quality and time.
2. Project Time Management
The project time management will supervise the contractors execute the project as per the agreed time. During the project, we will analyze and develop the timeline for the completion of project/products in different steps. The steps will include technical study time, purchasing time, manufacturing time and transportation time.
3. Quality Management
With JRP’s professional quality control team, we will help the customer to get qualified products as per the exact equipments. During the process, JRP will control every step to make sure the products supplied are qualified. The QC team will analysis the original documents/drawing, convert corresponding standards for manufacturing, make ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) for the manufacturing process and will inspect every step according to the ITP. There will be inspection report after every time of inspection.
4. Communication Management
Due to JRP’s years experiences in the metallurgy and heavy machinery industries, JRP deeply understanding the industries and have good relationship with many companies, and JRP has established high level relation in the industries.
