JRP provides contractor/manufacturer qualification for projects and products supplied from China. This service will help the buyer to get the matters of facts for the contractor/manufacturer. JRP acts as third party in the process of service.

1. Technical Analysis

JRP’s engineers will analyze the technical requirements and documents. So that JRP can help the clients seek the suitable factories and accurate quotation. JRP’s technical analysis will focus on the following technical points: material, machining accuracy, dimension tolerance, forming style, NDT, and so on.

2. Standard and Conversion

There are many technical standards and conversion in different countries. In order to meet the customer’s demands properly, converting the original technical standards into corresponding Chinese ones is very important. It helps us to supply exact standards required by customers.

3. Industry Survey.

For definite equipment, we will make a survey of main manufacturers in this industry which can produce this kind of equipments. We will analyze the present status of this industry in China, including national industry policy, main manufacturers, average cost, export condition, and so on. We will assure the customer benefits from the industry top view in China.

4. Plant Qualification

For a certain factory we will provide a detailed investigation report to the customer to reflect every main aspects related to the purchasing project, including the production capacity, scale, machining ability, present equipments or devices, certification or qualification, references, producing cost, selling price, delivery, and so on. We will provide the objective and professional 3rd party analysis and proposals references for the customer’s final decision.
